  I usually like subway but this time they forgot most of my vegetables I asked for tomatoes, pickles, cucumber and their was none so was very disappointed 😞

  While they do great when you go in to order in person, they don't read their online orders correctly. They did make one of my sandwiches exactly how I ordered it, but not the one I ordered for my wife. My wife is allergic to mayo and onion. We put in our order to minus those 2 options out and they still put it on her sandwich. Please, teach your workers to read the receipts properly.

  I have ordered twice from them in the last month. I had ordered a chicken wrap and it had no cheese, 5 chunks of chicken, brown lettuce, and no ranch as it was advertised. I just ordered a footlong sub and they gave me a 6" sub. My boyfriend had called to complain about the wrap and the gentleman was like "who is this? Oh sorry bro cant hear you. That sucks. Bye." And hung up. The service is rude and they cant follow instruction.

  The guy that made my sandwich was super quick and efficient and no lag or questions. I told him he did am excellent job. I ordered a turkey and bacon and spicy Italian footling with the 12.99 for 2 footling coupon. Although it was a few dollars more due to the bacon I was very satisfied with the service and quickness and quality wirh attention to placing the exact right amount of ingredients on the sandwich.
