  There’s a woman who works here, the older lady with brunette hair. Every time I’ve gone she has been awful to me. Such an attitude. The first time I just waved it off thinking maybe she was just busy having a bad day. There was a second girl there who was very friendly and had no issue helping me. But this last time it was only the older woman. There was someone talking to her for ages, and when she finally scooted over for me to approach the counter I only had room to set my huge package right in front me, the other customer was in front of the scale.. so when the time came that the employee was ready for me she harshly told me I put it in the wrong spot it needs to be on scale… no problem, but why say it like you’re appalled???? Her whole demeanor is awful. I’ve worked for UPS and 100% love the company… but this woman is not it. She’s mean and I always leave there feeling horrible after interacting with her. I do not think she should be in customer service. Honestly horrible.
