  This is a very busy store! The woman who owns it is perpetually grouchy. She seems irritated that her store is so busy and treats customers like they are an inconvenience. It isn't surprising that there are new employees in there almost daily. If she speaks to them the way she speaks to her customers they probably quit on the spot. There's another new employee who is equally as grouchy and rather rude. She's an older woman with a gray ponytail. I'm just shocked in a small town that a business owner would behave this way. I can imagine the amount of Amazon returns they process through this store could be overwhelming but that does not mean that anybody should be rude.

  WOW!!!!!!!!!!! They charged me $20.29 for a 12x12x20 box and then wanted to have me buy a roll of tape and they just used 2 strips of tape. That is a $2.16 box at uline. WOW!!!!!!!!! messed up!!!

  I highly recommend this store in particular! You will receive top notch customer service! The owner is absolutely so kind and always willing to help. She is patient and friendly. I have been to this location many times as it is just down the street from our house. The staff is always willing to help even if the customer is confused or unsure. I love this for those who aren’t so familiar with returns. There is usually not a long line. She will go above and beyond to help!
