  This location needs serious improvement regarding both customer service and ingredient quality. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki sub on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, and the experience was highly disappointing. The bread was severely burnt and so overly crispy that it actually hurt my palate. Furthermore, they were entirely out of standard toppings like spinach and olives, and the portion of meat was incredibly skimpy—hardly four small pieces from the portion cup were added to the sandwich. To make matters worse, the employee who prepared my sub (a heavier-set gentleman with earrings) was very rude. Definitely skip this place.

  Couldnt rate the food because we didnt get a chance to order. As we walked in worker behind the counter informed us he was sick and waiting for someone else , he then said he didnt have the "paper" to make the sandwiches on so we would have to leave. As we walked out we saw the other two potential subway employees doing some heavy petting in the hall way to the back storage room. Ingredients were frozen in there tray , wouldn't eat here unless you enjoy teenage love and food poisoning

  I came into this subway on Wednesday April 22 and was pretty appalled by the service. Kaden was clearly new and trying very hard to learn on the spot, we appreciated his kindness. The redhead girl that he was working with gossiped with friends while we waited and Kaden struggled to keep up with the rush. Kaden asked for help and was denied while she chatted with friends about who is pregnant and who broke up around town. Food was fine.

  Terrible service, left waiting in the drive thru, walk in to try to order and not even acknowledged at all. Unacceptable. Will not return.
