  I ordered from the app, when I arrived I was told they don’t have the product I wanted, I didn’t get food and wanted to cancel. I have tried multiple times and methods to reach out for refund and to reinstate subway points, the most help I got was an automated email saying this has been resolved, yet still no refund or reinstatement. I finally disputed it with credit card. Subway blows.

  I come to Subway a lot! But this time around just got me so irritated. The person that was helping me he was nice however when he asked me if I wanted it toasted, I told him no. He looked at me and said "did you say yes?" I again told him no and shocked my head no make sure he understood me, I know It might have been a little loud so I wanted to make sure he understood. He said "okay" and put the rest of the meats on my sandwich. I looked down for a second on my phone. When I looked back up, I realized he ended up putting my sandwich into the oven. When I said something he then looked me and said " oh I thought you said yes." So he takes it out. And as he starts putting the veggies on. I told him I wanted extra onions. And he then looks up at me again and acted like he didn't understand what I meant when I said extra. After I told him what else I wanted. He then asked if I wanted anything else on it. I then told him no again shaking my head to make sure he understood. He then proceeded to look at me like I was dumb. I then said it a lot louder and said no again. He rolled his eyes at me and proceeded with my order. Once I paid for everything he asked if I wanted a bag. And again told him no. And he still proceeded to put it into a bag. I told him no again that I didn't need one. He then got a little snotty. So I just ended up taking my food and leaving. Never have a had an experience with this subway! We get it sometimes it could be hard to hear but when I'm actually shaking my head no it means no!

  Tried to order a sandwich as we did some shopping in Walmart and it was on the way out. First the person who was making the sandwich came out from working on something in the back and was wearing the same gloves he started making the sandwich with. We noticed the lettuce was brown and gross and asked if they had any fresh lettuce. A woman working at the register (seemed to be a manager because she wasn't wearing a uniform) spoke up and said that they lettuce in back was the same way. We left without finishing the sandwich.
