If you eat here, it’s best to go online or however to call ahead because they’ll leave a walk in person standing there forever without even acknowledging you because they’re busy with online orders. I’ll never go to this store again. Went right down to the American Fork store and they have employees that actually do wait on walk ins. Very bad customer service to just leave someone standing there. But if you guys don’t need the business that’s fine.

What can I say about my experience? Came in at about 6:00 and left at about 6:45pm. I have never been so embarrassed to go to a Subway where service takes so long. The two employees, Roman and one i can't remember the name of, were clearly in their own world. There was only two of them on staff, but they were slower than a snail trying to run. IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, they complained about the amount of online orders coming in AND were chatting amongst themselves. Not to mention, they were not acknowledging their customers and my poor friend had to embarrass them when it came to checking out. He ordered a combo and they tried ringing him up for a regular footlong.
I don't think corporate would approve of them playing video game music in front of paying customers. I feel like it didn't help with their speed.
Also, I forgot to mention, they made it clear they were out of turkey....
They should have an adult supervising them at all times because this is ridiculous!! DO better boys! This was not an okay visit to Subway!
Very poor experience today, Saturday, June 6, at 2:16 p.m. The customer service was far below what I expected. The sandwiches were prepared and wrapped carelessly, which gave the impression that little attention was paid to quality.
In addition, the employees were laughing and talking among themselves while serving customers, making it seem like customer service was not a priority. Subway has always stood out to me for its good service, which is why this experience was especially disappointing.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the quality of service and overall customer experience.

Be careful if you go here. They ask for a tip for doing nothing more than the basic making a sandwich. (Subway should pay their employees more and not make them ask for tips.) If you just tap your credit card to pay without choosing a tip, they automatically add one on. This seems like credit card fraud.
The guy was slow, but he seemed like a new hire so that doesn't affect my rating. But I do expect the employee to tell the difference from the cheddar bread and the herb italian. Besides getting the wrong bread which I didn't make a big deal of...the lettuce looked really sad and some bins were empty with the scrappies at the bottom reminding me what I can't have. The sandwich artist seemed more interested in sitting with his girlfriend waiting at a table they were sitting at when I walked in than doing his job.
