  I stopped into this UPS Store during a very busy time, and I was genuinely impressed with how well everything was handled. Rose was absolutely wonderful, so kind, patient and incredibly helpful. Even with a full line of customers and while actively training a new employee, she stayed calm, professional, and friendly.

  Went in a month ago. They were slammed, and still provided amazing, friendly, personable, and quick service despite how busy they were. Great crew, 10/10

  I had to get notary services for a long, complicated form. Lusianna took was meticulous about what needed to be done. We couldn’t have gotten through it without her.

  Never have I ever been so disappointed in a manager and young trainee. I was advised by Verizon just to have them scan QR code to return. She said I needed a return number. After 35 minutes in my car, Verizon advised I was correct. When I returned, I ask her to scan which she didn’t want to do. I had to force her to try it which she gave me a belligerent attitude. After much ado, the manager over heard and said she could it. She said lack of training. Neither one didn’t apolizige for the waste of time and having to deal with girl’s arrogant and rude behavior. When I mentioned this to manager, she didn’t stop her from screaming at me. I was in Human Resources with IBM.

  Every time we have an Amazon return Rose gives us SO much attitude. She will be very pushy for us to use the donut yourself kiosk. If we say no, and that we would rather be helped she gets very rude and condescending. Today for example "it's weird, nobody else seems to have a problem using the kiosk. It's the same thing we do up here, just slap a label on it". She is always inconvenienced by us, rude, and pushy. In our house it's always an argument who has to go deal with the Amazon return because she is always working and it's always a hostile encounter.
