  I had a very disappointing experience. The lady working in the morning was rude, unprofessional, and came across as arrogant. I felt unwelcome and that my concerns were not taken seriously. Good customer service starts with treating customers with respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the level of service provided to

  The employees at this UPS store in Herriman are always smiling and very polite and helpful. The store is clean and well organized.

  Louisianne absolutely made my day last week. She went out of her way on a busy day to make sure I saved as much money as possible. She cut down a box unprompted to make sure I was not overpaying. She was so kind and made me feel so cared about.

  I use this UPS Store frequently for Amazon returns, and unfortunately the customer service consistently feels cold and inconvenienced whenever I go to the counter instead of the Amazon return station. I understand retail can be busy, but customers shouldn’t feel like they’re bothering employees for simply asking for help or completing a return. A more welcoming and professional attitude would go a long way. If customers don’t want to use the Amazon return area they shouldn’t feel bad about it. Customer service is your job. We have a choice to either do our returns at the counter or the Amazon station.

  It says here that they help with printing and I used to go there all the time for their great customer service. However, today an elderly man needed to print something and the girl that was talking to him told him he needed to email it so he should go do it at the computer. He was so confused. She could’ve just taken him to the computer and showed him, which they used to do for people, instead she just kept on going about logging into his email which he just wasn’t understanding. He just left with his head down. She’s in customer service, she should’ve helped. I wanted to help but he walked out so quick. That’s sad. He’s an elderly man, it’s okay to guide him. I’ve needed help with that before and they helped me easily. She was so busy holding side conversations with the lady working with her that she wasn’t listening to him
