    i like sammichessss yummy yummy very delicious there was also this girl (i believe her name was Amelia) making my sandwiches who was really nicee ^_^ she was veru kind to me and very patient.... but there was this guy who was kinda yelling at people for no reason that wasn't really kewl but it wasnt at me so its okay for now........

    I placed a mobile order and they left off some toppings that I requested. In addition, the bread they gave was dry and did not taste very good. When I called them the assistant manager talked to the employee who made the sandwich and she insisted that she put it on and I told him that now she didn’t. She kept telling him she did. He the. Put her on the phone, and she said “if you really want them on you can come down here with sandwich and I’ll put them on.” When I hesitated she said “well what would you like me to do?” I asked if I could talk to her manager and she told me it was the person I talked to before. I asked her to out him on the phone and she said no. And I asked again. When he came on the phone I was trying to tell him that service wasn’t great and he told me that she made the sandwich and that was why she was on the phone. He didn’t even want to hear me out. When I tried to tell him the situation he kept talking over me. I asked for the store manager’s number and he outright refused to give it to me and he hung up on me. When I went down to the store they were in the back area laughing and joking about my call. He then proceeded to tell me all the reasons why his job was hard and that these things happen. And of course I understand that but if it happens all the time then you should have procedures in place to make it right and not just act like I am putting you out when you didn’t give me what I paid for. Terrible experience. Need more training.

    I love subway. Their food is always good. Today the two girl workers were amazing and trying to keep the atmosphere up. But the one male worker was swearing and throwing food and utensils while taking a drive through order. Holding of the others production and making the atmosphere tense and unpleasant. Not to mention his fit he was throwing was making him take longer which continued to back everything up.
