  Every time you go to the drive thru, you will be there for over 10 minutes. Last time I went, the guy working there didn't even end up taking my order at all despite saying "I'll be right with you." He literally opened the back door and saw me waiting there but ignored me for some reason? It's super slow even when you go in too.

  I dont know his name, but a stocky guy with a beard made me an excellent sandwich. He was very kind and professional. I was doing a video on good protein options for fast food and he was super helpful.

  Would leave 0 stars if I could. Called at 9:35 to call in a pickup order for 2 simple sandwiches. Figured it would be more considerate than walking in 10 minutes before close. Guy starts taking order over the phone and asks if flatbread is alright because it’s all they have left. I say yeah sure that’s fine. He then says “just a second let me ask my manager” she yells something over to him and he says “actually I can’t because my manager says we are about to close.” Last time I checked, when you close at 10pm, you serve customers till 10pm. I’m not saying that’s considerate because I have worked in food service, but when someone calls 30 minutes before you close to have two sandwiches made that should take less than 10 minutes, I don’t think that’s too bad. Ridiculous customer service. Not the first occasion of poor service I’ve had here.

  I didn’t get any food, I am a manager from another store. I needed to ask the manager some questions, unfortunately they were not there, although Jaden wasn’t quite sure what to do, he was able to help me with my order and helped me figure out quite a bit. Thanks Jaden!! Edit- Jaden wow! I have seen such good reviews all over this review feed. Keep up the good work!!
