Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a Buy One Get One Free promotion online and only received one sandwich. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they told me I hadn’t ordered two sandwiches online and refused to honor the promotion or help resolve the issue.
Instead of trying to understand the situation or offer a solution, they simply turned me away. Mistakes happen, but customer service is about how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed and treated like my concerns didn’t matter.
I won’t be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone expecting good customer service.
