  This message is for ali the store manger of this place is never had a place treat me bad as your employee Diego today very bad service I wanted get the 3.99 wrap sandwich just asked for extra cheese I told him I know I gotta pay for it he told me no extra chesse I asked why he said that's how it is rudely it got little heated between us he started to laugh at me I asked him that wasn't cool I also explained to him I was deaf he was going call u I told him I couldn't hear on phone he started laughing I tell u this was worse place I been too im going make sure everyone knows how ur employee treats disable people blast it all over

  I went in and they charged me extra for 1 cookie and a small drink which was 5 dollars, when I went back and showed them my receipt they didn't want to give me my money back and the manager sided with the employees. I did get my money back but I was short, I was supposed to get 5 dollars but I got 4. Very bad for business. I won't be coming back. P.s Check your Receipt and Food!

  Went a few days ago and they messed up my son’s sandwich. Thought oh well everyone makes mistakes and it was just lettuce tomatoes and onions I had to scrape off. Tried again today and I think they forgot to add chicken to my onion teriyaki chicken. Kidding there’s SOME on there. Sigh. Not going back.

  I ordered a chicken bacon and ranch sandwich in which I had placed "extra" on all the veggies excluding yellow peppers for takeout and this is what I find when I get home......how is 4 strips of spinach "extra".? It not even the normal amount. Less I say anything on the lettuce. I didn't even get half of the veggies I asked for! And I chose grilled chicken bacon and ranch. Not miscellaneous random chicken bits that are on the bottom of the troft. This is atrocious. Pay for a premium sandwich and got what looks like what was thrown out. What's a joke.
