  My family and I had a really unpleasant experience concerning customer service. We got there at 8:25pm but didn’t get service till 8:40pm. We waited patiently and as the person was taking our order she complained about us getting there late and that we needed to leave at 9pm which was when the store closed. We literally finished our food at 9:05pm and were getting ready to leave when an other person asked us very sarcastically if we”we didn’t have an other place to eat”. As we were walking out there was an other lady outside saying she was gonna call the cops on us. Blew things so out of proportion. Insane.

  If you're a fan of receiving the wrong bread and minimal toppings, this is the place for you! Feel the lovely indifference as the manager contacts you and thanks you for your feedback but offers nothing in return when you let them know about the problem. Come for the ambience of underpaid workers and lackluster service. Stay for the complaints. Subway: Truly a dining experience.

  I really don’t understand why subway decided to drop their standards. I tried subway again today after many years, and it’s pretty crazy how they switched the Chicken bacon ranch’s chicken to the SUPER GROSS “ rotisserie style”, then charge us extra if we want to change it to the grilled chicken it used to be. And then I don’t understand how it is so difficult for this brand to properly construct a sandwich, where they just toss on all of the vegetables and protein in a jumbled mess, then cram it closed. It’s infuriating to watch. It’s infuriating to experience and it really doesn’t make me wanna come back. So I guess it’ll be another many years until I try Subway again, if at all.
