Don’t come here I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for the employee to never come back and serve me long story short I didn’t get served because the employee was in the lobby chatting with their friends they don’t care about customers here 🤷🏻♀️ 🤷🏻♀️

I came pretty close to closing time and there was only one kid working with a line out the door. He was SUPER kind and professional, even with that much to do. I will always pick this subway over the others.

Didn't even get the food because lady on the drive through couldn't listen to the order. She either got confused several times or simply chose not to listen. Ultimately after 10 minutes of being unable to order 2 simple sandwiches, we just left.

My husband and I went in to get two subs today, March 22nd. The older Hispanic lady on shift in the early afternoon was incredibly pushy, and rude. Not only to us, but also to her high school aged coworker. We were rushed to pay for our food before even building our subs. Since we paid before my husband built his sandwich, the rude woman was giving my husband a hard time when she learned he wanted guac, which is extra. She even said he couldn’t get any because we’d have to pay more and we already checked out. My husband said he was aware it was extra and was willing to pay. Best part, the younger boy was actually the one helping build my husband’s sandwich! She was yelling all this info over us as if the boy didn’t know what he was doing. The boy was very kind and did a great job. Whoever is in charge of her needs to have a serious conversation about customer service, and treating others around her kindly. We both left very put off by her attitude.
