  I’m not one to normally write reviews, but I thought that after being with Allstate for 10 years I’d be treated like a loyal customer but instead found that I’ve been scammed and have lost probably thousands of dollars over the years. When my policy renewed this year my cost basically doubled. Allstate was trying to charge me nearly $500 for coverage on two vehicles. I began shopping around and all other companies were quoting me around $150 a month for the exact same coverage. When I called Aaron Grover’s office for an explanation, I was told that the other companies probably were not actually running all the driving records and that their prices weren’t real. Long story short, I questioned further about discounts or what they could do to lower my cost since I’ve been with them for so long and suddenly I’m told there’s this “new tool” that they use when writing up new policies. They input my information and this “new tool” lowers my cost close to what Geico and other companies quoted me but still more expensive. When I questioned why this “new tool” wasn’t offering me a lower cost with my policy that literally just renewed I was told “well you’re on the old system and this new tool is on the new system. we hope that people see the higher cost of their premium and call and ask”. Excuse me????? I was also informed that this tool came out a couple years ago so when I added my new car onto my policy last year they blatantly lied when they said I was getting the best price. In the past I have also called and emailed their office to ask about discounts or what I could do to lower my premium but was always reassured I was getting the best price. It wasn’t until I wanted to cancel I was notified of this “tool” (whatever that means). In the end when I asked to cancel, they didn’t even attempt to keep my business and happily gave me a refund. This office is extremely shady and almost seems fraudulent. Look elsewhere for insurance. I’m happy with Geico now and my premium is significantly cheaper for even better coverage than I was getting with Allstate.

  I have known Aaron just about my whole life and I can't tell you how awesome he is! Hes always ready to help and he just really cares about you! Great guy!

  Been with Aaron for about 3 years now and I love him and his Agency. They are easy to get ahold of, they always know who I am and I rarely call in, my prices are low, and everything about them is like working with a family member. Highly recommend!
