Worst customer service and help in town. Ordered online, they didn’t even look at orders. Took an hour and had to ask them to refund it. No we can’t, our manager isn’t here. Then ask to please work on my order after watching everyone walk in and get the sandwiches way after we ordered. Terrible terrible service. Yes they were busy, but they need to fulfill orders as they come. Do not recommend

I stopped by the Subway and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The woman working there truly stood out—her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made all the difference.
From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she takes pride in her work—the food was made carefully, everything was clean and organized, and the whole experience felt smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like that. Her level of customer service turned a simple stop into something memorable. Delta is lucky to have someone like her representing their community.
Highly recommend stopping here—not just for the food, but for the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression.

I ordered online and arrived a few minutes later. While waiting in my car, I watched the employees making my food. When they reached the register, before wrapping my order, one employee pretended to spit in his hand, very clearly and in front of another employee.
Whether it was meant as a joke or not, it was extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable about the cleanliness of my food. I walked in, grabbed my order, and left. This experience really put me off from returning.

The weekend staff (high schoolers) have taught me not to come here on weekends. They run the place like you’d assume young people might. Tuna wasn’t ready, meatballs weren’t ready. It was peak lunch hour and the tall one that seemed in charge impatiently told us all that they wouldn’t be ready for an hour. This is the 2nd time I haven’t been able to get my sandwich and it’s proving that this location is undependable on weekends.
I gave 3 stars because Tony, generally the one working weekdays, does an excellent job and usually runs things entirely by himself.
