  This particular UPS store cares more about nickel-and-diming you than they do about you as a customer. An employee tried to charge me an exaggerated price to print a label, which turned out to be nearly double the already overpriced official charge. I had brought in a heavy item on a hot day to return, and did not realize I needed to have printed the label. The agent tells me I either go home, print it, and drive back, or I could pay that exaggerated cost for a label. No other options, and no attempt at customer service. When I emailed the location, the responses were late and, frankly, lazy. It took them 8 days to respond to a question I asked after the initial response. When the manager called, he refused even to try explaining to me how they value me as a customer and why I should take my business to them. Something as simple as that common decency was too much effort for this location.

  I have used this store more times than I can count to return Amazon orders, the past two times they have not bothered to scan all of the QR codes that have been supplied. They are handed each item separately, yet manage to set them to be boxed while in the middle of pulling the next QR code. When receiving return emails from Amazon, the store has been contacted immediately, with no answer, message left, and no contact back. This has caused many issues in receiving corrected items and refunds. Extremely disappointed, service has declined to the point of no longer wanting to use the store.
