I stopped for a flat tire and Peyton didn’t think twice about coming out in the rain and getting it fixed fast! He was so kind and got me and my mini van full of kids back on the road in no time!
I'd had $4500 worth of work on my van at another Point S and my check engine light came on for the third time on what was supposed to be an interstate road trip. I limped it to this shop and the manager Joe was able to get the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour for less than $100. Knock on wood, no more codes since. I wish this shop weren't 45 minutes from my house, because I would definitely come back here.
So far, so good. After having to leave a shop after 20+ years, because of new ownership and sub-quality results, I gave Gills a try. Competitive cost and thorough service will hopefully carry on to quality repairs. I just picked my truck up yesterday, and I sure don't anticipate any issues.
Basic, competent, unexectional in every way. This shop has gone down hill since the previous owner sold. What was a home for both tuned F-150s and electric vehicles is now a standard tire shop. They do not allow scheduling of tire rotations (which can easily take them three hours). My vehicle's headliner consistently gets dirty when they rotate the tires. I ALWAYS have to ask for a tread depth check (basic) and a measurement on the brake calipers (they will not write that down either). They also consistently forget to update rotation mileage stickers on a windshield sticker. Go to Lynn Wood Service down the street for consistently better service and care of ICE vehicles.

Honestly been a little frustrated with the service recently. It’s the little things that made this place incredible, and those little polishing moments have slowly slipped away. I’d just had one of my tires go flat, had to put the donut on and take it in, for new tires. New tires were great, however.. they just put the donut in the back of the van. Not away. When I picked up my car, I hopped in and the tire pressure light was on. -.- these little things used to be what made me want to come here, but they’ve just degraded my confidence and trust in the Point S with the new ownership /:
