  Went here a bit closer to close. They were out of a few things which was ok. The man that helped me, Zay, was AMAZING. He was super helpful and charismatic. He didn’t have that robotic sense of just going through the motions. Quite refreshing to have a human interaction😅 He let me know that they were out of some items and was super apologetic, also was suggesting alternatives. The girl with him with the pink hair was a little off putting, she just kind of seemed annoyed. Maybe a long day? Zay made it totally worth it. Keep him around!

  Terrible disorganization with the Subway app; it doesn't notify you if there's a problem. At this location, for example, they just mess around with the timing: I arrived and was told it takes an hour to bake the bread, and then later that there was still another 30 minutes to go. I went back twice, and the bread still wasn't ready. They wasted an hour and a half of my time, and in the end, I had to cancel my order right there because it can't be done through the app.
