  Oscar and Ruby have such great customer service. Me being a project manager over a huge contract. I was very impressed on how well they handled , what me and my husband observed. When we arrived there was no other customers, but us they were very welcoming and polite. Seconds later the whole store filled up with more customers. They welcomed everyone while staying focused on the current customers , never once did we fell rushed like we were being rushed threw. They were able to help everyone one of us. Before I knew I looked around as we were finishing up . I was like wow you guys handle that full house very well with no signs of pressure or stress. Very good employees you have there. Thank you

  When I walked in the store it was empty within 5 minutes the store filled up and the reps handled it like pros. The 2 reps didn't make us feel rushed while taking care of all the walk-ins. Thanks to the Clearfield Cricket store, you have my business from this day forward.

  Oscar is amazing!! Gets us started and out of the store in a jiffy! He's very sweet, funny and very helpful to any and all phone related issues. Highly recommend going in when Oscar is working!!! 10/10 service and friendliness!!

  I went in to get my two accounts blended together for one payment. Millie did that...and then reviewed our payments and data. She said, basically, how about we pay$17 a month less and go from 2GB/month to 22GB? What? What it's the catch? No catch! And i'd never have found it in my own. Thanks, Millie.
