I'm don't usually leave reviews but this store and especially a wonderful representative there certainly deserves 5 stars. Our family has been with cricket for years and the help has always been just ok. When we found this location and Ruby we are very impressed! She goes beyond the rest in customer service and problem solving! We feel welcomed, a sincere desire to make sure we leave with all our needs and questions met no matter how hard the issue she will get to the bottom if it. She genuinely cares and very professional at her job! We almost left cricket until we found her and Oscar they are amazing. There is also a special needs family member who is treated with respect, patience and friendship. Thank you Cricket for Ruby she's a real blessing and a keeper in our experience with phone companies and issues.

Terrific customer service. The young man that was helping us was high spirited. He was very informative and we spent maybe ten minutes in the store. The manager of this particular store is one of the nicest guys we know. Grateful to give them our business.
