  I recently visited Subway and was served by Caleb. During the preparation of my order, I clearly asked him to spread the vegetables properly. My request was ignored. The same thing happened while adding the sauce. Despite giving specific instructions, there was no effort to adjust or acknowledge what I was saying. As a paying customer, I expect basic attention and respect. Listening to simple preparation requests is not optional, it is part of proper customer service. The lack of responsiveness and care in handling my order was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope Subway takes this feedback seriously and ensures better service standards moving forward.

  This is one of the worst places I've ever seen. The employee with the earring acts like they're giving it away for free, putting tiny amounts inside each piece of bread. If you're not giving it away for free, fill the bread with the filling, for goodness sake! This is completely unethical.

  We love yo eat at subway, but unfortunately this will be my last visit to this location..only gave one star so I can give this review to let everyone know..if I can't see and chose what I want on the sandwich then I don't want it...that's what was so special about subway...that's what ppl like about it..you taking that away is bad for business..I assure you ... you will lose alot of customer due to this one thing..I'd advise against doing that...if this doesn't go back to the way it was..this will be my family's last visit and neny others. just thought you should know .many ppl are feeling the same way..we are not alone...
