  I moved to Brigham city about six months ago, and I use this UPS store several times a month. Most of the time Haylee is the one that ends up helping me. But everyone I've come across there, in addition to her, has always been considerate, polite, helpful, and quick and efficient when I have a bunch of stuff I have to get done quickly. Unlike other UPS store locations I've been to, they don't scoff if, on occasion, I forget to print out a label for a return and just simply advise me to email them at the store and they print it out and label it for me staying pleasant the whole time. As long as I live in Brigham city I will keep going back to this UPS store for all my needs.

  This UPS store is the only UPS store that I trust for doing my laminating and book binding. They actually know what they are doing. Highly recommend. And the store manager is very professional.

  I love using this store! I've seen the employees be treated so poorly on most occasions but they take it in stride. Most of the problems are that the customers don't read their instructions before coming into the store (I've been guilty of this before), and then take that out on the employees. They make minimum wage and are doing their best. Please be kind!

  Thank you ups store!! I have been to this ups store on multiple occasions, for copies, binding, and shipping, they are always kind and polite and do their best at helping the customers. I have witnessed costomers being rude and impatient with the employees when they are the ones who don't know how the process works. The employees work with them and explain it multiple times. I think people need to be more kind to people who work in the retail industry!!! Kindness begets kindness!!!

  Some of the female workers in this store are super rude. I’ve been in 10+ times to ship things, and they are rude, short, and unpleasant every single time. For no reason at all either. They are the same way every time to my wife and other people in the area I know that use this location.
