I visited a local Subway location on April 29, 2026, at approximately 8:50 PM with my family. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to the behavior of one employee.
As soon as we walked in, the female employee working at the counter was not wearing a hat or hair net and appeared unprofessional in her appearance. She also was wearing her airpods. When my family and I approached the counter, she spoke to us in a very rude tone, saying, “We will help you at the end,” instead of addressing us politely.
When it was my sister’s turn to order—who was ordering at Subway for the first time—the employee continued to be rude. Instead of asking respectfully what she would like on her sandwich, she sharply said, “OKAY, WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH IT?” This made the situation uncomfortable and unwelcoming for us as customers.
The situation became worse when the employee did not finish assisting us. She left during the order, went to the back, and stayed there until we left, leaving her coworker to handle the entire order alone. This is very childish especially from a grown woman.
The coworker who helped us, named Korbi or Korbin (not sure of the spelling), was extremely polite, professional, and hardworking. He provided excellent customer service and completed the order by himself without any complaint. He truly deserves recognition and appreciation for his effort and attitude.
We wanted to leave him a cash tip, but it felt unfair knowing that another employee who did not help at all might benefit from it. Employees who are rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to do their job should not impact customers’ experiences or their coworkers who are clearly trying their best.
Because of this experience, I would recommend visiting the Subway location by the gas station instead, which we’ve had better experiences with, rather than returning to this local store.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service standards, as well as recognize employees who actually care about their work.

I ordered a spicy Italian with extra cucumbers, pickles, onions, less of mayo, the parm vinaigrette, and the garlic aioli.
I ordered it toasted, it was not, theres hardly anything on it even the meat, it was super bland. Most disappointing experience here and dont really want to come back. Will be going the extra bit further to the Loves Subway. Haven't had a bad experience there.
