  I am a regular customer at Love's Travel Stops and often eat at this Subway because I travel frequently and have a serious meat allergy. The employee who assisted me—a dark-haired Hispanic lady with tattoos—was very rude. I politely explained that I have a meat allergy and asked her to keep my sandwich and the sandwich paper away from any meat or cross-contamination. Despite clearly explaining it was a medical allergy, she ignored my request and continued handling my sandwich after touching the meat preparation area. When I politely reminded her, she simply responded, "That's how we do it," instead of trying to accommodate my allergy. I no longer felt my food was safe, so I had to leave without ordering. Food allergies are a serious medical issue, not a preference. I hope management provides better training on allergy awareness, cross-contamination, and respectful customer service so other customers don't have the same experience.

  Finally, a Subway experience where “double meat” didn’t turn into a polite negotiation—this girl was loading it up like she was personally invested in our gains. When asked for her recommendation, she actually gave a real answer instead of the usual “everything’s good,” which instantly earned our trust. And the unprompted move of cutting and wrapping our footlongs separately? That’s the kind of thoughtful service that makes you wonder if we accidentally walked into the VIP section of Subway.

  Had a couple people makeing my food. All of a sudden young hispanic lady stepped in rude as hell. Threw my sandwitch together, i almost walked away. Pore customer service. Will take my money else were. Throwing it away.

  I bought an egg sandwich from Subway at 8:45 AM. Kennedy was the worst employee I've ever seen. She was furious and annoyed, and I don't know why. I'm never going back to that restaurant, or even that entire station.
