- BTB TaylorMay 23, 20261.0Took 2 small similar, Amazon Return items in today just before 3:00 pm. I didn’t have my reading glasses on and had gotten the return labels evidently mixed up so I asked the younger, heavy set Supervisor, to help me read which label went with which item. He said, in a very rude snotty manner, “ take your pick” as he refused to help me read the 2 labels to see which label went with which package! I could see if I had multiple packages with the labels mixed up. But he can’t help read 2 labels?! Guess we’ll take our future Amazon Returns to Whole Foods which makes the experience pleasant, fast and convenient.

I now avoid this location completely and drive to Centerville instead because the service there is actually helpful and professional. The staff here act inconvenienced by basic questions, and the overall experience is frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend this store to anyone if you have another option nearby.

There's absolutely no way actually speak with anyone that can help you with a package that has never arrived. Like what is the point of even having a "UPS store" when they literally can't even help you with a package. Just typical corporate employees that don't care about their job. I called the SLC location and they immediately helped me find the package, told me how many stops, and gave me a time frame for arrival. Astonishing how different the experience was from one store to another. So clearly they either lied or just don't know what they are doing.
