  I keep getting a package sent to my house that I keep bringing back (it's not mine). Had someone tell me it may just end up at my place again.. like, I'm sorry for not knowing what to say or do. I feel really bad. I'm not sure what to do. I just don't want it anymore. It's driving me nuts. I'm sorry. I've never had this many issues with a package before. I feel like other places have found where to deliver to pretty easily and help out great.

  I use this location often. A lot of the time it's to return Amazon junk, but they've always been helpful for me. Sometimes the rules from UPS or Amazon are dumb, but they have to do it the way they're supposed to or the package won't ship. I like the little kiosk that they have to check in your own Amazon packages. Sometimes there's a quite a line for the counter help, and that thing makes it way nice.

  Always helpful staff. Used to be a long line almost every time, but ever since they set up the Amazon self-serve station things are a lot quicker.

  I have used this location for both shipping and Amazon returns. Every time I go there, the staff is very helpful and kind. They’ve provided options and help in appropriately packing and shipping packages. When doing Amazon returns, they are fast and friendly. They’ve never seemed bothered, even when I’ve needed to do several returns in a single trip. Special shoutout to Renne who is always good with a quick conversation while we get the work done.
