  No parking. Guy at the front desk gave me attitude when I wanted my money back, due to the fact they had no parking. He also should knock the cookie crumbs off of his shirt before he presents himself to customers.

  I booked this hotel because I trust the Best Western brand. However the hotel was not to the typical brand standard. Our room was updated, However not properly cleaned. The bathroom floor had multiple hairs and popcorn near the bed. It had obviously not been mopped and vacuumed prior to our arrival. The sheets were tattered on the edge and the towels were small and thin. The breakfast area was also dirty and the carpet was messy. We will not return to this hotel.

  This was our hotel on our last stop before heading back to Las Vegas. The hotel/motel is well located on the main street giving you walkable access to the restaurant's and one bar. The car park is quite small and exceptionally busy during our visit, but there are car parking spaces to the rear of the motel off to the side. The room was okay if not a little small and had a dated feel about it but was adequate. Complimentary breakfast was also included. During the night I felt a sharp stab in my leg and discovered the offending item shown in the photo. On checking out I gave it to the young female receptionist, explaining what had happened. To be told " wow that could be dangerous, I'll get rid of it. Have a good day" I'm not American so decide for yourself what you think of that? I left it at that and left. The marks re service equate to the fact we were simply checked in and there was a woman in the breakfast room but everything was self service. So not a great deal of service to judge.

  Traveling with pets, but was put into a room that absolutely stunk of flea powder. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1950s. Only stopped because it was late and the pass we had just driven through had a borderline snowstorm whiteout, and I didn't want to risk having to drive through another one that night.
