I have to change my review. My first experience here was great. My second one..a migraine. I brought in a replacement phone I had gotten through an insurance claim. They were supposed to synch everything from the old phone to new. The kid put in the wrong sim card. I couldn't make or receive calls or texts. It was obnoxious. THANK GOD the lady at the Provo store had a clue. Helped us with a new sim and got my phone working great. If you're going to have new people, make sure their trained before you leave them alone with a customer.
