  I called this UPS Store location (2030 S. State Highway 78, Suite 300, Wylie, TX 75098) with a simple, straightforward question about your printing and mailing services the kind of basic inquiry any customer should be able to ask before driving across town. What I received instead was one of the most dismissive and unprofessional interactions I have ever had with a retail business. Rather than answer a quick question, the store manager flatly told me to "just come down" because he didn't have time to help me over the phone. When I politely explained that I was only trying to confirm a detail so I wouldn't waste a trip, he became rude, inconsiderate, and openly disgruntled. There was no patience, no courtesy, and no apparent interest in actually serving a paying customer. Let me be clear about what happened here: I asked a reasonable question, and the person in charge of this store the manager, no less couldn't be bothered to spend thirty seconds answering it. If this is how leadership treats customers, it sets the tone for the entire location. A manager is supposed to model professionalism, not contempt. I informed him during the call that this conduct would be reflected in a review, and I am following through. Customers deserve basic respect and a willingness to answer simple questions, especially from a business that depends on walk-in traffic and repeat clients. This location failed on every count. I will be taking my printing, shipping, and mailing needs to a competitor where customers are actually valued. I cannot recommend this store to anyone, and I would caution others to expect the same dismissive treatment if they call with even the most basic request.
