  I normally have very positive experiences at this UPS Store and visit this location frequently, which is why this interaction was disappointing. My company does a significant amount of business with UPS, and I often use UPS Express envelopes for urgent overnight shipments. When needed, I typically stop by a UPS Store and obtain one or two envelopes rather than ordering them in bulk. During my recent visit, everything seemed to be going normally with the attendant until Manish intervened. Before fully understanding my request or asking any clarifying questions, he instructed the attendant to stop assisting me and stated that I would need to order the envelopes online. I explained that I only needed a single envelope and that I did not have time to place an online order. I also mentioned that other UPS Store locations have routinely provided one or two envelopes as needed. Unfortunately, Manish was unwilling to help and his attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The issue was not simply being told “no,” but rather the lack of effort to understand my situation and the manner in which the interaction was handled. This level of customer service is not what I have come to expect from UPS Stores, especially this location, which has otherwise provided good service in the past. I hope management reviews this feedback and uses it as an opportunity to reinforce customer service expectations. He did finally give it to me. But even the attendant had a shock face on the customer service.
