  Sandwich is a simple item to make. How is the order wrong!!!!. Bread stale, meat barely any. & Item on it I didn't even ask for!. It's not like it's free. Wylie food spots have to do better. We don't have money to waste

  The worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I generally love Subway—it’s the only fast food I go to—but this Wylie location is horrible. Both the wife and husband, especially the husband, have terrible customer service. He was rude and dismissive and didn’t want to give me what I was paying for and what was clearly listed on the menu. I ordered an Italian Trio Protein Pocket, but he left off the pepperoni and repeatedly told me it “doesn’t come with it” while I was reading the menu to him loud and clear. Then he added tomatoes after I clearly said “no tomatoes” then tells me "I can't take it off", "it's listed on the menu" that is not how Subway works. I’ve been here a few times, and they’ve been rude each time.

  DO NOT GO HERE! Ordered online, Sandwiches were made completely wrong, drove all the way back to request remakes and workers argued with us, starting tossing stuff around carelessly and being disrespectful. They proceeded to throw our sandwiches in the trash and told us to buy new ones. We left without food.

  Haven’t been to this location in a while they have really improved quality of food. Everything is so fresh and the place is super clean with very nice employees
