  When we walked in, we were rushed, the server was frustrated because we were still deciding. Before I even told the server what I wanted they were already putting meat on my sandwich and then getting frustrated when I told them that's not what I wanted. I ordered a veggie sandwich for my wife and at the end, I asked for some extra veggies(pickles and bell peppers) in a baggie to eat with her sandwich like chips. They told me they "couldn't do that" that they would have to charge me for a whole salad. While they were making our sandwiches there were thermometers and clipboards and papers and pens all over the sandwich platform and they were touching it with the same gloves they were making our sandwiches with. They should have moved it all beforehand and washed their hands.

  This was my first time visiting this store, and I was a little concerned after seeing some of the complaints on Facebook. However, my experience was completely different. The store was clean, the employees were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a very good visit, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

  The people here are great. They are happy and respectful. I travel hundreds of miles every day for work and I always look forward to this location. The place is clean, the people are friendly, and the commitment shows. I’m here so often that they typically have my order ready before I get to the counter. I wouldn’t give much stock to the negative reviews, people who love to gripe wand whine about trivial matters will do that about any tiny matter and overhype it. Smile, laugh, and show some grace. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Fresh cookies are the best! Thank you!
