  Went in for assistance after another location couldn’t/wouldn’t help. Nia was able to get me in and out in under an hr, she saved me from a little breakdown. She was very professional and knowledgeable, such an asset!

  I entered this 02.09.26 at 855a.m. and ( Nai ) a heavy set lady was standing in clear view with a plate of food, "stating we're closed " her mouth was filled with food. I wanted in my car for about 10 or 15 minutes. I reentered the store only to be refused service and have the police department summoned to the local. Before the law dog's came ....As I was leaving, already out of the door Nai yelled "DON'T COME BACK YOU' PPL ARE NOT WELCOME HERE". I expedited my re entre into store, highly offended. (Cricket really NEEDS employees that are conducive too business.) Nai immediately became hostile, escalating things quickly, I prompted her to call the authorities ,since that was the " TRUST ME" I will threat. She called Wincrest PD with a river of lies. The the Princess of a whale, would not trespass me......I WONDER WHY...... I apologize for this being out of order with this review ..I'm upset. I have eight phones with Cricket and have to travel across town to receive good service. Sad. **Please close the Walzem Cricket location. This store is incompetent, unprofessional, AND HAVE LITTLE TO NO VALUE to THE community as they are unappreciative of there PATRONS in need of assistance....ALL THEY LOOK FOR IS SALES AND UPSALES **

  Love my new iPhone 16 and appreciate the staff and there patience and knowledge, definitely recommend switching to cricket , great carrier for services

  Guy in store practically shooed me out. Said they don’t sell any iPhones in store and that I would have to buy one online if I really wanted one. He didn’t even want to answer questions that I had.
