Tawana is the nicest human being I have ever met! I went in this morning to drop off a package and was amazed by her level of customer service, especially first thing in the morning! She was thorough, helpful, and extremely courteous. Seeing her smile at everyone made me smile, too! If everyone treated others the way Tawana did, the world would be a much happier place! ☀️

I’ve been using this UPS Store for 3 years now and am so happy someone told me about it when I moved to Willis. I get my mail and all my packages as well as shipping from there including oodles of Amazon returns. I’ve also used them to notarize documents. They have always been so helpful and kind. Even at the busiest times, they do their best to get everyone in and out. I don’t understand why people bother to get cranky with people who do an awesome job day in and day out. I don’t know that I would do that well with those customers! Be kind people!!! Thanks to all the employees and a big shout out to Trina, Randy and Renee’!
