    New guy. Left alone in the front. Kept having to ask questions. Not his fault. Whoever came from the back to help was trying to make me pay for a full size wrap when I ordered the protein pocket for 3.99 plus a bag of chips and cookies. She wouldn't fix it for me ..... Just wanted me to pay for a full wrap instead of the half size one I ordered. Wasted my whole lunch time. First time in there and never going back!!! Left two dollars for the new guy

    The dude who worked at night and closed on 5-17-26 ,needs to figure something else out to do. Hes attitude, care, and everytbing else was horrible, I made an online order in parking lot. When I finished I waited 3-4 minutes before walking in. He wasnt at the front at all, we had to holler at him from the front for him to come up and start helping. Upon finally turning off the beeper that he has an online order he helped the customer who walked in first... then he half way started on my online order, he stopped and began helping another customer and left it just sitting there, so I realized he wasnt even gonna touch it unless I walked up there, when I did he was going to take my order and make another one before even finishing the online order until I told him that the online order is mine. He did a sloppy job ay making the sandwich, had zero care on making it even close to decent...he needs to know how things work or he needs to find another job... subway isnt not that hard...
