Ordered through the app. I waited 20 mins for my food only to show up and find out there was a glitch and my order wasnt placed. However, they took the money from my App and never refunded it. So now I'm out money and food. The employees were no help- just told me to call some guy. I did. He was absolutely USELESS. He's a manager, yet he can't take care of the situation and honor the price of the meal on the app where I ordered? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. If a customer loses their money because of your mess up AND makes you wait 20mins for food that doesn't show up, you make it right for the customer. He simply said there was nothing he could do. One of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES EVER.

Terrible service. I wanted my wrap warmed up in the microwave for a few seconds and the sandwich artisan refused to do it stating that he was told not to so he would not. My dad then asked if he could have his heated and he refused again. He then told my dad that we were welcome to go to another subway where they did warm them up. Ruined my meal cause I was fuming the whole time.
