Shipped 7 large packages. Seth helped as soon as we walked through the door and was speedy creating labels. Great location
This is a review on this location AND FedEx in general. I had to use this service because a device needed to be returned for a vendor warranty repair. The vendor provided the shipping document.
My first interaction went well, a very nice young lady prepared a FedEx box and packaging, as I no longer had original packaging. I believe she did a good job, as such a second start vs only one star.
My vendor did not actually repair device. I had to use FedEx again to return a second time. Not a FedEx issue, BUT FedEx somehow lost my package. 10 days later, they don't show the package left this facility. I spoke to Seth three days ago. He was very nice and said he would look into it and see what he could find. He did call later that day stating he needed a little more time. Three days later, Seth has not communicated. I am disappointed with Seth to say the least.
I called the location and they only told me to file a claim. They would not assist any further.
I am not the actual FedEx customer, in their system. I can not file a claim, on line but after a couple hours of trying and arguing with their AI BOT system, I finally had a human to helped me file a claim. I did not understand why 'my claim' was not associated with my account. It took 3 hours and multiple calls before I realized my vendor is the claimant and maybe I'll be person receiving the funds.
The whole process has been very painful. They lost my package and my attempts to be provided a just resolution has been way to difficult.
I expect 7-10 days more to possibly obtain an offer. Pushing three weeks for maybe a solution and then I might be able to replace the device I use 5 days a week for home maintenance. My home is not being maintained, well it am, but it is more difficult.
The whole FedEx experience, except for the one young lady, has been less then acceptable.
There's a staff work there his name is Keith his super Disrespectful to me and to my wife we went there to print some label because we do online selling and we trying to buy more shipping supplies and his complaining about its to much work to print labels and prepare so shipping supplies for us that isn't free we pay for it and for future reference go to other fedex store not here

If I could put zero stars, I would did not even attempt to deliver a package yesterday lying and saying I refused it which silly them, I have ring cameras called customer service. To only find out if they’re trying to send it back to the people I purchased it from.
THIS IS FOR THE DELIVERY DRIVERS ONLY! The store has always been amazing!
I am beyond pissed right now. This is the fourth time they have not delivered my packages. They keep saying the office is closed(the outer door is open 7am to 8 pm EVERY SINGLE DAY). There's an inner door with TWO notes that say to LEAVE my packages on the counter or on the floor next to the door(they literally left the first delivery notice DIRECTLY UNDER THAT NOTE). Today I get home and they didn't even bother coming inside. They left the note on the outside door and said it was closed. Which it was not. There are SEVERAL notes on my account indicating what needs to be done(I have stage 3 cancer and two bad knees...I am very weak most of the time). They have ignored them every time. Today after yet another note they did even less. Having to walk to get that note outside killed my knees. I think this is being done purposely as payback because at least last time they came inside. I NEED these items desperately and I am tired of them ignoring notes on the account AND door.
