  The only reason I gave a star is to leave a review, I went in needing help with how to ship an item I sold on EBay, the first thing I say to the employee’Mercy’ is I need help, this is my first time doing this, she had a very rude attitude and was not willing to help me understand what to do. I’ll never understand why people get jobs in customer service when they don’t even want to help the customers that come in. I hope she has additional training and gets talked to about how to handle customers and realizes the way she just behaved is unacceptable. I doubt any manager will contact me but I will report and file every complaint I can to aware Fed Ex of the type of employee they have in Wichita Falls Kemp location. She was happy for me to leave there and take my business to USPS just because I didn’t know what to do when I got there and asked her for help?!
