  I just called the store at central they answered like normal but then as I started talking the call ended I've called back and no answer I've broken my phone and need to replace it I just needed to know how to go about that and if they had one in stock

  It’s fair for the people to know always double check when employees don’t do any research for costumers asking about any phone problems. A couple of months ago I was setting a trip to third world country and asked a man to add an eSIM on my phone and I paid $5 for it. It was simple and done and I thought to myself that it was to easy but it was added on my phone; that is until I made my destination and had NO signal to call home or go any apps to contact! Luckily I did have help from someone to go to them and asked what happened. The employees had no idea or clue until the guy came back and she asked what happened. He had no clue and even said there’s nothing they can do. I wouldn’t my bad typed this if I knew that this man basically just screwed me and told me I’m screwed. So please be careful when you ask these questions!! It may not seem necessary to add this review but if someone was in my shoes I would watch out for them as well.

  We were running late before they close and Cory was super super nice enough to stay a little late to get us taken care of. We really appreciated him!

  Cricket employees are always friendly and will help with any issues u have no matter how small or large :) plus all Cricket stores are handicap accessible 😎
