  Received a call from this agency after looking for insurance online. When this agency contacted me on 5/2/24 they took all my information for auto and homeowners, quoted a much cheaper rate on 5/3/24 for both policies. Agreed and signed up on 5/3/24, policy started on 5/10/24 and on 5/17/24 the policy was canceled without any notification from Allstate or the agent. Policy cost $4,330.47 total, I’ve had to repeatedly ask for refunds and to this day Allstate has stolen $338.69 for 12 days of fraudulent coverage. If you are looking to get robbed then this is the insurance company for you! Buyers beware!!!

  If insurance is overwhelming to you, and you need questions answered by a truly wonderful neighbor, this is YOUR PLACE!!! My husband and I are so thankful for Gloria Allen's exceptional and friendly service. We learned so much and are eternally grateful for her expertise. She dedicated her time to making sure we were knowledgeable about our quotes and confident going forward with our insurance journey. I could never say enough good things about Gloria, and likewise, Gloria could not say enough good things about her team. They are a passionate family here, and it shows. By walking in their door, you are a part of their family. This really brought to life for us Allstate's motto, "You're in good hands."

  They are very nice, very informational, they explain everything they do not get annoyed with you. Asking multiple questions. It was the easiest transition to a new company for insurance that I've ever done. They provide top-notch customer service.
