  Food was downright horrible, the bread had to be over a week out of date since it was crispy! I got the meatball and it was cold and absolutely no flavor. Been over a year since we have eaten there and it will be longer than that before I give it another chance.

  Put in an online order at 6:20 on 6/2/26 and eta was 6:45 I showed up at 6:33 to two ladies causing a scene to the poor cashier behind the counter because they didnt properly read the coupons they were trying to use. After that I tell her my name and almost in tears this lady says “please give me a bit I haven’t even got to start on the online order I’m not sure where my co worker went” I sit down and watch her go to the bathroom, knock on the door, and proceeded to beg her employee to come out the bathroom and help. Co worker with short hair and tattoos comes out, asks what happened. Then picks up a broom and still continues to let the other lady make both sandwiches still and offer no help. Hate to see anything like this in a workplace and just want the situation to be known since it sounded like this is a normal occurrence with this employee

  I probably should have looked up the reviews first! Went for a meatball and turkey sub. Not only was she dismissive when I tried to talk but her ability to make a sandwich lack either the care or training. The meatball was mostly bread, hardly any sauce etc. The turkey tasted funny and ALL of the veggies looked old. I literally kept asking her to put more, put more for we are talking a few pieces of spinach, a little bit of lettuce, etc. I do not recommend this location. Should have noticed no one was there...which is a clear sign it isn't good.
