  Had to order extra everything other wise my foot long was gonna have a I third of it with just bread because they would not fill the sandwich

  Food was downright horrible, the bread had to be over a week out of date since it was crispy! I got the meatball and it was cold and absolutely no flavor. Been over a year since we have eaten there and it will be longer than that before I give it another chance.

  Put in an online order at 6:20 on 6/2/26 and eta was 6:45 I showed up at 6:33 to two ladies causing a scene to the poor cashier behind the counter because they didnt properly read the coupons they were trying to use. After that I tell her my name and almost in tears this lady says “please give me a bit I haven’t even got to start on the online order I’m not sure where my co worker went” I sit down and watch her go to the bathroom, knock on the door, and proceeded to beg her employee to come out the bathroom and help. Co worker with short hair and tattoos comes out, asks what happened. Then picks up a broom and still continues to let the other lady make both sandwiches still and offer no help. Hate to see anything like this in a workplace and just want the situation to be known since it sounded like this is a normal occurrence with this employee

  They were out of cold-cut combo meat. Which really shouldn't be a thing. But I understand that it happens at times. Just being a bit more aware of inventory levels and a bit better managing should be an easy fix. Customer service was great. The ladies that were there were very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience.
