  Went to pick up a couple of online orders. They did have about 6 customers in line ordering. Had one of the orders ready but they were going to have to make mine. Okay, 15 minutes later they handed me a bag that was not my order, I cut my losses and went down the street.

  Stood there waiting while the employees were just converting. Im the only one in the store lol. No sense of urgency at all to get started or do anything for that matter. Food also tasted soapy. At least I know they were clean.

  Today I went to Subwat in Orange on McArthur Dr. Horrible experience first off the young lady was not polite, and then I wanted a protein sandwich but I wanted a didn't sauce and add bacon,may I add I do this everytime when I order. I did t argue with her I just said ok. Now long as I been going g to Subway I never received my sandwich without putting it in a bag, I no bag and she continues and say, it's $4.32,so.my husband hands her a twenty dollar bill, she come back with his change threw it in his hand drop some change and didn't say nothing. They never have worry about me again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Wonderful service and smiling 😃 faces here in Orange. Mgr. David and his crew of Asst Mgr. Zoey and supreme sandwich makers Aiden, Vickie, and Kori are all about great customer service 👏

  The manager is top notch. He helped me out big time. I will remember this help he gave me. His workers all working together and they knew what they were doing. This store is gonna do great. The manager is excited and takes pride in his store and his employees. Give it a try. You wont be disappointed. I will definately be back
