Evan is truly sweet and great customer service. He was extremely attentive. I’ve came here several times and it’s never been this good. The service has always been spotty and attitude given. Evan went the extra mile. It may be making a sandwich. But with his attitude, I can see him doing much more. Thanks man for a great sub and great experience. Please keep going!

Horrible customer service. Twice now I've made an online order, and it's never ready when it says. The first time I get it, your busy but 35+ minutes for a sandwich! What's the entire point of ordering ahead?! Not just that but they wait until I arrive to let me know they're out of bread. When I brought up my issue to the cashier she simply shrugged. No apology, NOTHING! I'd leave 0 stars but sadly it doesn't let me.
Made a order via mobile app, pick up time 5:35p. My wife arrived to pick up the order at set time and the two employees were on their phone leaned up against the counter. Order had not even been started. Then they argued amongst themselves who was suppose to complete the order. crappy service. Won't be back. Rather drive to brazoria or sweeny than by here in west columbia. Employees did not apologize for the inconvenience.
