    Just moved here from Brownsville and always had returns for Amazon. Today was my first time at this particular UPS and Mr. Vasco I believe his name was, must not like being in customer service because he was not professional or polite. He gave the impression like he was frustrated with handling my returns and wasn't very helpful when I inquired about shipping a different item. Definitely recommend some retraining on his interpersonal communication skills.
