    Very nice employees.. called once tracking number issued to ask for a slightly extended hold for pickup date since id be out of town and as promised, they held with a note stating the exact date I’d be back to pickup instead of returning to sender like the policy states.

    👎I ordered 4 items on Amazon to be received here. Two items were presented to me. With no courtesy, a male told me to sign for the two and move on. I insisted on info about the other items. No clue or concern was returned. I mentioned only one item was acceptable. I didn't want the second. Upon leaving with one item I was told not to return. I later found i was charged for all 4 items. Service is the pits there.

    I had a very positive experience until a couple of days ago when I processed some Amazon returns. A young lady assisted me and printed my labels. Unfortunately, one of the labels was printed twice and mistakenly added to the package returns, resulting in two items being sent. I contacted both Amazon and the store manager to inquire about the possibility of retrieving the item, but we were unable to recover it. Consequently, I lost a package valued at $98.
