I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The employee who appeared to be the manager was extremely rude throughout the interaction. While there seemed to be a language barrier, that does not excuse poor customer service or disrespect toward customers.
When I was checking out, I was trying to let her know that I wanted to make my sandwich a meal. Before I could finish speaking, she held her finger up directly in front of my face and said, “Hold on” in a very rude and dismissive tone. I understand that employees can be busy, but there is never a reason to treat customers this way.
I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when visiting a business, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during this visit. Customer service like this is unacceptable and left a very negative impression.

worst place ever, i ordered online and they took 40 minutes to start “making” one sandwich, i came back 10 minutes later to check, and they never made it. i asked for a refund, and they said they could make the sandwich “for real” this time. i told them i would prefer a refund and they said no, and then said i could try again and come tomorrow for a refund. i then demanded for them to call the manger and they cancelled my order. worst place ever.
I asked for more pickles, the last said no, so I left my 1/2 made sandwich on the line and left. Jersey Mike's is twice as expensive, growing and profitable, but Subway seems focused on the least important part of making a great sandwich: cost. Charge 50 cents more and give me more pickles.
