  The ladies in this establishment are rude my daughter asked for a water cup after we bought a meal and they said that she had to pay for a cup because they ran out of water cups and gave this to her to drink out of like a dog I thought it was really rude they said that their manager just inventory and they have to pay for a cup even the smallest cup that they have the lady making my sandwich was super slow I've never seen somebody move that slow I was standing at the counter waiting for her to wrap up the sandwiches and put them in a bag with napkins and literally took her 5 minutes to do that and there was nobody behind me I would never go to this place again if I could give it zero Stars I would

  I have been eating Subway going on 20+ years because it’s a healthier option. I have been coming to this Subway® for years and recently at the beginning of the year the subway that was on Highway three in Bay Area got moved to the El Dorado location. I ordered two sandwiches totaling almost $40 online. As I went inside to collect my order, the atmosphere was horrific. I have been in management for 20+ years and I have never been disrespected like I was last night at this particular location. I will be contacting the corporate office because as a paying customer that did nothing wrong except come in to pick up an online order, the way I was treated I would rather drive 30 minutes to a different location then to this location, which is two minutes away from me. I would not recommend this location to anybody.

  Worker was very slow. Nobody in the restaurant. Ordered ahead, so when I walked in, she said she was still working on it. Went to restroom, came back, still working on it. 10 minutes later. Finally got it. One 6 in. and a salad. Whole time she was just smacking on her gum, and looked completely uninterested. This also wasn't a kid, this was a middle aged adult.
