  Middle-aged African woman turned me down who is an absolute paying customer I walked in and she told me that she wouldn’t serve me for whatever reason that may be and refuse to get me what I asked for without giving me reason or cause

  I frequent this location bcuz I usually get the best service here! It's certainly nit the location closest to but again, I liked the service that I've received up until today's date! Actually, the past two visits were concerning! Kelan was absolutely amazing and very respectful in accommodating my request! However, the older black woman with an African accent is ridiculous! I asked them both for their names bcuz I like to be very direct when leaving a review both good or bad! She asked me why! Well bcuz I'd love to know who I'm speaking of when I leave my review and bcuz you're working in this location that's servicing me! Now, had you had on a visible name tag, I would have read it and gone on about my day! She literally coached/reprimanded the young man several different times as he made my sandwich! As I told her upon my exit, as someone in a managerial position you should know that there's a time and place for everything! If I want more than 6 olives (that's what she told me goes on a footlong sandwich) I don't mind paying for what I want! That wasn't an issue or was I ever made aware! I eat subway very often! She indirectly spoke about me to the young man as if I couldn't hear what she was fussing about and then went word for word when I respectfully told her that she should hold herself to a higher regard as a member of management! Had that been my son we would surely have a major issue! She need to learn to speak to people with respect as she'd expect if it were her! I won't be patronizing that location again! I spend my money where I'm respected bcuz disrespect makes me become disrespectful abd that's not my demeanor or character! She needs a management training class or termination! I'd prefer the latter but I know that not pleasing to God! I pray she finds happiness or peace and learn how to better treat and speak to her employees! As well as learn privacy when it comes to correction! This entire ordeal really made me very angry! Hire better subway please!

  That Female manager at this establishment is very rude and judgemental. My son went there to buy a footlong, this woman was staring, stop making a customers footlong to focus on him in the line to ask him what do he want. Obviously if you are standing in a line, you need to buy something. This will be his first and last visit to this store. Also, she needs to clean the store and not make customers uncomfortable, when they walk in door. If it had anything less than 1 star that would be the rating.
