  About one month ago, I purchased the daily special, upgraded to the foot long sandwich. According to the sign, this should cost $6.99 + $3.00 for upgrade equaling $9.99. The cashier at first tried to charge me for (2) 6” specials. I said “no, I only want one special but upgraded to the foot long sandwich. She said that will be $15 (she said the additional $3.00 only covers the sandwich but the chips and drink cost extra). I disagreed with her, so she asked if I wanted to speak with the manager to which I said yes. So, the manager came out and basically agreed with the cashier and even re-rang the items and said “do you want it or not?” To which I replied, “yes, but I won’t be back” and she replied “well, Thant’s your choice”. Once I sat down, I went online to the Subway website and looked up what the upgraded special would cost and it was $9.99 + tax. I took my phone back up and asked for the manager again. I showed her my phone and she said “well, I must have misunderstood what you were asking” and I said “no, you explained to me exactly how you rang it up and how the “special upgrade” did not include chips and a drink. The manager ended up reimbursing me for the meal, but with a snotty attitude. We will not be back to that store!!!!

  I ordered online, a ham and salmai with veggies and a meatball sub, i got my food and it was 2 meatball subs one of them with all veggies on it. I vrought it back and they remade my order AFTER 4 other orders. Finally got my sandwich again and it was missing the sauces and olives. They werent very nice and mannered. I dont think after having 2 bad times here id go back again. Not professional and not paying attention to their work.

  This store is great, I always come here for lunch and the staff are very kind. If you want something fast, cheap, and consistent, then this is the place for sure. Shout out to Erica and Lauren, they're amazing folks and have memorized my order and greet me every time haha.

  Clean place, but was unable to place an order because they just ignored me while I stood in front of the counter for several minutes, so I just walked out.
