  Ordered online today 04/26 said it would be ready at 12:55 it took AN HOUR and 10 MINUTES for them to make one sandwich. When I came in there was 1 person working and a line of people waiting, when I asked for my order he said it would be at least 30 mins. I left then came back later and had to wait an additional 20 mins for my order. What kind of a management only had one employee working??? I felt so bad for the worker he look like he was about to cry. Give that employee a raise immediately and do better.

  My 5 stars are for an employee named Ethan. I watched him on a Sunday after church serve a line of people for about an hour while waiting myself to order. There were constant online orders coming in as well. It is clear this subway doesn’t have enough employees. Ethan deserves to be a manager if he isn’t already and a pay raise. He served every customer well and was extremely kind. He was a hard worker and didn’t have any help. I think most people would have already quit in these condition. Please give this man a promotion or at least a raise!
