This place... smh. Ordered online. Pulled up and no one was there. A voice on the speaker said she'd be right with me... proceeded to keep talking on the intercom to someone on the phone that had a mishap.. proceeded to put them on hold and talk trash about them. Proceeded to get back on the phone and eventually hang up and STILL continued to talk trash calling them names etc for accidentally ordering at the wrong location. I finally drive up after about 10 minutes because I'm tired of hearing the nonsense.. and I see people walking right past the window as if I'm not there. Mind you, the place is empty concerning business. I honk twice. After about another 10 minutes, finally, a woman opens the window, with an attitude. "What?" The same woman that has been talking trash all this time on the intercom.. I tell her that I had an online order, she gives attitude, shrugs her shoulders and rolls her eyes, then says, "Uhh, what's your name?" So I tell her, and the face... uggghhh... she slides the window shut and returns with my sandwich... I ask her her name, suddenly manners arrive... "Theresa, I hope you have a good day"... smh.. get home, the sandwich is a mix of random meats thrown together... I paid $17 ahead of time for roughly 30 minutes of time wasted and shitty service and still didn't even get my 5 meat Italian. I order the exact same thing online and just reorder. This thing was half the thickness and bs leftover meats, just like the bs leftover service that's given by "Theresa" and her crew. I'd actually love to speak to the owner.
