Very disappointing experience at this Subway. When I entered, the employee seemed unwilling to help and immediately started asking unnecessary questions such as, “Are you here to place an order or pick up?” even though I was clearly standing there as a customer waiting to place order. The attitude felt rude and unwelcoming, as if they did not want to serve me. Instead of greeting customers and providing good service, the staff made the interaction uncomfortable from the beginning. Customer service should be much better than this.

I know it's hard times for all . But if Taco Casa can fill the tacos up then Subway can fill the sandwich up or reduce price. Very Disappointed.

The bread was least liked.
I asked the young male associate if it was fresh before making the sandwich.. he looked at me as if why I would even ask, then proceeded to push on the bread to indicate that it was fresh. After getting home..indeed the white Bread was dry, flaky and made my sandwich blah.
Next time I’m going to Jimmy John’s ✌️
