  Worst customer service ever. Store was dirty and staff was rude. Nobody answered my questions properly or explained what was going on. I've been with Cricket since 2022 and always paid my bill on time, but because of how I was treated, I switched to Total Wireless. Staff was disrespectful not only to me but to other customers too. They really need better employees here. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

  🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢Very poor service. The employee looked sleepy, didn't explain anything properly, and seemed uninterested in helping customers. When I entered, another customer was already complaining, and after speaking with the representative, I understood why. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Management should consider changing the staff and improving customer service.😴
