  DONT EAT HERE IT WAS A ROACH IN MY BAG THEN WHEN WE CALLED TO INFORM THEM THEY INSULTED US BY SAYING WE MUST HAVE ROACHES AND GAVE US A HARD TIME GETTING OUR MONEY BACK COMPLETELY RUDE AND WRONG!!!!!!

  We placed an order through Uber Eats. When I opened the meal this is what I received. It is a six piece bone in and only two pieces were edible. Multiple pieces looked liked they exploded and multiple pieces were soggy on the outside but seemed to be fried so bad on the inside that it was completely crispy. Wingstop is not a cheap meal and anyone should expect to have edible food. It is beyond me how someone looked at this and decided it was ok to serve someone. My husband also got a meal and only 1 of his pieces resembled mine.

  I love this location. The food is always so good. I am from out of town and stop in when I go through Waco every other week. My experience there was very nice. The lady that waited on me was top-notch in customer service. Lacey will dang sure take care of you. I will see you again on my next return. 😃

  Great staff that attended to us. Brought our food to the table and came to check on us while eating. Great Experience Overall! Very Nice Staff!

  Let Me tell Ya about the staff at this restaurant. Hands down the happiest and most courteous. You can tell they love their job and they care and to me that is the most improtant thing. Give this store some kudos and praise. Fresh delicious food, over the top service and happiness. Great store probably the best in the Waco area!
