  I've eaten Wingstop several times but never ordered and picked up myself..... Yikes that was terrible!!!!! The counter associate was very courteous.... The males preparing/bagging OMG!!!! Cursing so loud there were children there.... As if that wasn't bad was there had to be at least 6 to 8 waiting for orders now that's ridiculous!!!!! I felt for the guy doing food delivery and the female worker who spent at least 40 minutes of her hour lunch shift waiting for an order that she called in like I did. Ridiculous to wait so that time for cold fries and fine of the wings were cold. Let's do better please!!! All all that foul language was not needed and they thought it was hilarious!!!!! Kudos to the girl at front counter 👏👏👏👏👏👏

  Carolyn the manager is absolutely the best! We placed a delivery order and the order was stolen by the delivery driver. Once I contacted them she got right on it got our food remade and sent to us. She called DoorDash and notified them. This is the quality of service you don’t see everywhere but glad she was there when we needed her. She also made sure all our food was made fresh.

  Manager Carolyn is so helpful and truly represents Wingstop very well.I go to alot of different Wingstops in Texas because I bounce around a lot and she is the first manager I am truly impressed with.I was the one who made the mistake on my online order but she still understood and helped me. I have never let any manager willing to help a customer that made the mistake but because her and her team,I will travel that extra 30 minutes when I’m in town just to eat at this wingstop.The service was excellent.Usually I get rude service being the last order but everyone had smiles and understood.they made a long night end great and as a single mom I highly appreciate people who try to help someone’s day.Thank you Carolyn and staff!
