  Okay I had a DoorDash order and they forgot my fries. I drove to get my missing fries and they gave me extra fries with a drink. They did a perfect resolution. I didn’t get his name but props to him.

  The employees are more worried about tiktok than doing their job so be prepared to wait about 45 mins for an average order.

  This is what it says online for ready to eat foods and gloves guidelines. I went in there today and saw that with everybody’s ready to eat foods they were touching with their bare hands, no gloves, no tongs. The manager then proceeded to tell me it’s because the food is cooked at a high temp that they are not required to wear gloves. Again, the food they are touching is ready to eat not raw.

  We had a terrible experience in the parking lot after picking up my order at Wingstop in Hewitt Someone obviously did not learn manners and continued to pass on to her kid The manager in Wingstop noticed the problem, came out and offered to remake our order She did exactly that, and we were able to have a hot dinner! Thank you to theta manager!!! Barbi Y
