  I definitely recommend getting insured with Allstate!! Jasmine was great help and very kind, she explained everything to me throughly to make sure I understood what my coverages are, thank you jasmine!

  I have been with AllState so many years I can’t remember when I started. But treated in a nasty way by Griselda made me look elsewhere for insurance. I don’t know Tim Sherwood but he vouch for her and said there was a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding. She lied to me to begin with by saying I would get a discount for a new roof. I didn’t it went up. When I questioned her about it she told me that I was on old plans and then I needed you upgrade to the newer plans. That the old policies is what I needed. The whole time she’s telling me to quit yelling when I’m not saying anything but listening to her. Not sure what was going on with her at the time. But she kept telling me to quit yelling. When you’re not saying anything and she is saying that I question everything she says. I’ve talked to other people who said that yes they have had complaints about her too. But there’s nowhere to leave a complaint with AllState about her actions. Again I don’t know anything about Tim Sherwood. He did have another girl call me with a better insurance quote. We’re Griselda just told me she was going to switch me over without telling me anything about the plan she was switching me to. I do not recommend having any dealings with her if you go into this office.

  Best insurance company! I recently switch to Allstate, and there customers service was amazing! Judy with Allstate helped me with my policy, and she was amazing!! I Loved my experience with Allstate ! 10/10 would recommend.

  The customer service is above and beyond. I was able to pay my bill without any problem over the phone. All of my questions were answered and then he made sure there wasn’t anything else I needed. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Absolutely wonderful people at this agency!!

  The representative Shanda is very nice and accommodating. She stayed past her schedule to help me get insurance on my car. Rates were great and she was knowledgeable and helpful.
