  When I walked in today the employees were busy. Sam helped me, and she was so friendly, courteous and helpful. She talked me through my return process with patience and a smile!

  Shiela at my local store (patiently) guided me through the steps for my Amazon return making it an easy chore (which taught me how to navigate the process for future reference!). I have used this store for other services and have always found the store staff attentive, very helpful and efficient! It's a great place to take care of so many different tasks! I just received a coupon on my drop off receipt for $5 off shredding, so I'll just come back with my shred bags that have been occupying closet space in the "waiting" stage! Thanks for the motivational reminder (just another perk)!
