  To The Corporate Office Of Subway, I came into this location for the second time since y’all opened a year ago. The first experience a year ago was horrific. Tonight when I got off work I said “I am going to give this Subway another chance” so I stopped and am 100% satisfied x a billion w the steadfast professionalism of Terrance Bachman !! The store is a reflection of his work ethic and should be very valued by the higher ups. He has turned this store around since my last time being here. His mannerism and communication skills are impeccable and he is the reason the store shines just as good as the floors do. Absolutely spotless - he wore his gloves - he asked us how we wanted our sandwich vs telling us what we should eat ! This young man is the beacon of light here and I’m telling everybody to come to this Subway location off of 19th St in Waco, TX !! And to Terrance, you will always make your mark wherever you go, because good people know good people ! your energy is spot on and any company would be happy to have you as a part of their team !!   Most flat sandwich I've ever gotten from a subway. Like someone sat and took a rest on it for a bit. Almost charged twice.
